This weeks average price was $227,188 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.* The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same. Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 152 days. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory fell this week to 316. The average asking price rose to $327,139 with an average time of 179 days on the market. Tuolumne Co.
