Last year 15 Residential properties went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $171,846 and 170 DOM. 2010 saw 12 Residential properties go into contract and 4 sell with an average price of $310,000 and 137 DOM. In 2009 13 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $331,889 and 212 DOM. 5 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $237,738 and 220 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 13 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $385,750 and 153 DOM. This week in 2006, 9 properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $386,167 and 182 DOM. In 2005, 11 sold with an average price of $348,882 and 122 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 12 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $273,625 and 129 DOM There are 12 houses are under $100,000 184 Homes priced under $300k (Down 10) 59 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 8) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 35 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of $182,385, that total is down from last week.
