| Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 8/21/08 Homes in Tuolumne County adjusted from last week’s average price of $308,019 down to $306,476 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.* The number of days on the market (DOM) eased slightly. Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 152 days. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory rose again slightly to 599 from last week’s 595 and the median asking price rose $900 to $349,900 with an average time of 151 days on the market.
