| Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 8/07/08 Homes in Tuolumne County dropped once again from last week’s average price of $311,588 down to $307,732 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.* The number of days on the market (DOM) eased slightly. Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 150 days. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory rose ever so slightly from 590 from last week’s 589 and the median asking price dropped again to $350,000 with an average time of 149 days on the market. Tuolumne County Real Estate 205 Homes priced under $300k (Up 5 from last week) 260 priced between $300 and $500k, (Down 17 from last week) ... Way, way back in 2004, 9 Residential properties sold with an average price of $260,822 and 84 DOM In 2005, 18 sold with an average price of $427,494 and 119 DOM This week in 2006, 14 properties went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $471,350 and 100 DOM. In the year 2007, 4 went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $397,250 and 133 DOM............
