| Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 7/31/08 Homes in Tuolumne County dropped slightly once again from last week’ s average price of $312,235 down to $311,588 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.* The number of days on the market (DOM) eased slightly. Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 149 days. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory rose this week from 598 from last week’s 589 and the median asking price dropped ever so slightly to $354,975 with an average time of 150 days on the market. Tuolumne County Real Estate 199 Homes priced under $300k (Up 4 from last week) 272 priced between $300 and $500k, (Up 4 from last week) ... Way, way back in 2004, 18 Residential properties sold with an average price of $333,278 and 114 DOM In 2005, 15 sold with an average price of $362,320 and 82 DOM This week in 2006, 13 properties went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $555,923 and 88 DOM. In the year 2007, 9 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $290,813 and 145 DOM............
