| Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 7/24/08 Homes in Tuolumne County dropped slightly again from last week’s average price of $313,301 down to $312,235 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.* The number of days on the market (DOM) eased slightly. Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 146 days. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory rose this week from 582 from last week’s 589 and the median asking price dropped to $355,000 with an average time of 148 days on the market. Way, way back in 2004, 18 Residential properties sold with an average price of $326,106 and 100 DOM In 2005, 26 sold with an average price of $410,896 and 102 DOM This week in 2006, 12 properties went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $389,143 and 136 DOM. In the year 2007, 16 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $390,360 and 139 DOM............
