| Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 7/17/08 Homes in Tuolumne County dropped slightly again from last week’s average price of $315,499 down to $313,301 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.* The number of days on the market (DOM) eased slightly. Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 145 days. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory fell this week from 581 from last week’s 582 and the median asking price dropped to $359,000 with an average time of 149 days on the market.
