| Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 7/10/08 Homes in Tuolumne County dropped slightly again from last week’s average price of $315,901 down to $315,499 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.* The number of days on the market (DOM) eased slightly. Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 147 days. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory rose this week from 582 from last week’s 588 and the median asking price dropped to $359,900 with an average time of 146 days on the market.
