| Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 6/26/08 Homes in Tuolumne County dropped slightly again from last week’s average price of $318,088 down to $317,611 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.* The number of days on the market (DOM) rose by a few days. Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 148 days. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory climbed again this week to 593 from last week’s 587 and the median asking price still remains at $369,000 but with an average time of 142 days on the market.
