For the 6th week in a row homes in Tuolumne County continued on a
slow descent from $349,647 to $323,628 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car
garage home.*

The number of days on the market (DOM) remained unchanged.
Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 129
days. There may be something to say about consistency.

Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and
sizes, inventory swelled this week, from 464 to 473 with a median asking
price of $369,900 and an average time of 147 days on the market. In the
Spring more homes do tend to be put up for sale.

of $332,409 and 157 DOM............

This week in 2006, 11 properties went into contract and 11 sold with an
average price of $340,245 and 115 DOM.

Back in 2005, 16 sold with an average price of $338,250 and 133
DOM.........and way, way back in 2004, 18 Residential properties sold
with an average price of $334,150 and 147 DOM
