Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 129 days. There may be something to say about consistency. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory swelled this week, from 464 to 473 with a median asking price of $369,900 and an average time of 147 days on the market. In the Spring more homes do tend to be put up for sale.
