| Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 4/03/08 For the 6th week in a row homes in Tuolumne County continued on a slow descent from $349,647 to $323,628 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.* The number of days on the market (DOM) remained unchanged. Currently Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 129 days. There may be something to say about consistency. Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory swelled this week, from 464 to 473 with a median asking price of $369,900 and an average time of 147 days on the market. In the Spring more homes do tend to be put up for sale.
