Way, way back in 2004, 13 Residential properties sold with an average price of $308,231 and 94 DOM. In 2005, 9 sold with an average price of $492,459 and 158 DOM. This week in 2006, 4 properties went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $330,744 and 124 DOM. In the year 2007, 6 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $269,600 and 105 DOM. In the year 2008, 5 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $209,113 and 185 DOM. Last year in 2009 2 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $304,219 and 135 DOM.
