Way, way back in 2004, 20 Residential properties sold with an average price of $308,400 and 98 DOM. In 2005, 8 sold with an average price of $381,849 and 111 DOM. This week in 2006, 3 properties went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $323,571 and 112 DOM. In the year 2007, 2 went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $372,154 and 194 DOM. In the year 2008, 11 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $323,143 and 150 DOM. Last year in 2009 6 went into contract and 15 sold with an average price of $249,300 and 138 DOM.
