Way, way back in 2004, 15 Residential properties sold with an average price of $330,527 and 98 DOM. In 2005, 19 sold with an average price of $366,000 and 116 DOM. This week in 2006, 8 properties went into contract and 15 sold with an average price of $351,897 and 152 DOM. In the year 2007, 8 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $317,300 and 151 DOM. In the year 2008, 4 went into contract and 3 sold with an average price of $327,000 and 113 DOM. Last year in 2009 4 went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $239,109 and 153 DOM.
