Way, way back in 2004, 15 Residential properties sold with an average price of $314,537 and 111 DOM. In 2005, 13 sold with an average price of $349,808 and 123 DOM. This week in 2006, 9 properties went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $415,563 and 87 DOM. In the year 2007, 3 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $363,333 and 105 DOM. In the year 2008, 5 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $257,814 and 139 DOM. Last year in 2009 4 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $154,200 and 164 DOM.
