Way, way back in 2004, 9 Residential properties sold with an average price of $319,178 and 96 DOM. In 2005, 14 sold with an average price of $394,170 and 112 DOM. This week in 2006, 4 properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $388,444 and 101 DOM. In the year 2007, 8 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $424,758 and 171 DOM. In the year 2008, 7 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $183,173 and 154 DOM. Last year in 2009 5 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $231,167 and 244 DOM.
