In 2009 12 went into contract and 16 sold with an average price of $263,723 and 146 DOM. 8 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $353,500 and 182 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 10 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $363,222 and 115 DOM. This week in 2006, 11 properties went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $391,387 and 147 DOM. In 2005, 22 sold with an average price of $369,313 and 95 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 17 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $312,938 and 131 DOM There are 24 houses are under $100,000 302 Homes priced under $300k (Up 9 from 1 week ago) 108 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 4 from 1 week ago) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 30 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of $166,911.
