In 2009 11 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $213,833 and 108 DOM. 5 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $500,800 and 132 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 6 went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $480,650 and 137 DOM. This week in 2006, 7 properties went into contract and 14 sold with an average price of $335,571 and 161 DOM. In 2005, 15 sold with an average price of $339,198 and 105 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 22 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $317,855 and 134 DOM There are 24 houses are under $100,000 293 Homes priced under $300k (Down 5 from 1 week ago) 104 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 3 from 1 week ago) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 31 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of $177,180.
