In 2009 4 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $266,111 and 140 DOM. 9 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $331,714 and 134 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 6 went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $371,086 and 135 DOM. This week in 2006, 11 properties went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $388,637 and 109 DOM. In 2005, 12 sold with an average price of $374,292 and 74 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 15 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $349,820 and 101 DOM There are 28 houses are under $100,000 298 Homes priced under $300k (Down 10 from 1 week ago) 107 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 4 from 1 week ago) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 31 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of $177,654.
