In 2009 7 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $279,150 and 245 DOM. 12 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $293,986 and 107 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 4 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $395,000 and 205 DOM. This week in 2006, 13 properties went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $403,833 and 105 DOM. In 2005, 9 sold with an average price of $375,778 and 84 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 10 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $297,150 and 126 DOM There are 26 houses are under $100,000 308 Homes priced under $300k (Down 6 from 2 weeks ago) 111 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 1 from 2 weeks ago) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 30 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 184,997.
