In 2009 12 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $284,417 and 119 DOM. 7 went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $329,475 and 177 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 9 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $327,333 and 122 DOM. This week in 2006, 11 properties went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $471,063 and 108 DOM. In 2005, 12 sold with an average price of $365,483 and 105 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 15 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $310,253 and 110 DOM There are 34 houses are under $100,000 314 Homes priced under $300k (Up 11 from 2 weeks ago) 112 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 2 from 2 weeks ago) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 31 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 220,462.
