Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 08-04-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 25 Residential properties went into contract and 16 sold with an average price of $184,550 and 75 DOM. 2010 saw 16 Residential properties go into contract and 12 sell with an average price of $252,533 and 129 DOM. In 2009 11 went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $253,675 and 116 DOM. 7 went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $300,069 and 117 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 6 went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $336,923 and 107 DOM. This week in 2006, 11 properties went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $526,257 and 86 DOM. In 2005, 19 sold with an average price of $424,574 and 115 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 13 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $305,492 and 101 DOM There are 37 houses are under $100,000 303 Homes priced under $300k (Up 1 from last week) 114 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 25 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 234,413.
