In 2009 8 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $244,000 and 208 DOM. 8 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $306,250 and 163 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 12 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $395,360 and 147 DOM. This week in 2006, 11 properties went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $475,750 and 181 DOM. In 2005, 26 sold with an average price of $410,896 and 102 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 9 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $281,222 and 123 DOM There are 32 houses are under $100,000 302 Homes priced under $300k (Down 2 from last week) 113 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 2 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 24 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 239,346.
