Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 07-14-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 20 Residential properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $221,389 and 286 DOM. 2010 saw 10 Residential properties go into contract and 8 sell with an average price of $232,381 and 181 DOM. In 2009 10 went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $197,050 and 118 DOM. 7 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $315,250 and 224 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 6 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $363,167 and 113 DOM. This week in 2006, 14 properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $375,317 and 109 DOM. In 2005, 13 sold with an average price of $377,615 and 126 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 19 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $305,390 and 151 DOM There are 32 houses are under $100,000 304 Homes priced under $300k (Down 9 from last week) 115 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 28 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 210,826.
