Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 07-07-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 15 Residential properties went into contract and 14 sold with an average price of $219,093 and 213 DOM. 2010 saw 19 Residential properties go into contract and 10 sell with an average price of $206,225 and 211 DOM. In 2009 4 went into contract and 3 sold with an average price of $364,967 and 62 DOM. 5 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $365,680 and 119 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 4 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $311,250 and 64 DOM. This week in 2006, 9 properties went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $375,200 and 130 DOM. In 2005, 7 sold with an average price of $377,271 and 76 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 13 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $387,715 and 112 DOM There are 34 houses are under $100,000 313 Homes priced under $300k (Down 2 from last week) 114 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 4 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 27 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 207,822.
