Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 06-30-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 16 Residential properties went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $183,269 and 76 DOM. 2010 saw 14 Residential properties go into contract and 16 sell with an average price of $179,617 and 162 DOM. In 2009 6 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $193,971 and 117 DOM. 11 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $271,833 and 198 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 12 went into contract and 17 sold with an average price of $482,735 and 161 DOM. This week in 2006, 5 properties went into contract and 16 sold with an average price of $399,388 and 155 DOM. In 2005, 15 sold with an average price of $352,633 and 142 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 25 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $281,228 and 104 DOM There are still 38 houses are under $100,000 315 Homes priced under $300k (Down 2 from last week) 110 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 5 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 23 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 201,635.
