Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 06-23-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 12 Residential properties went into contract and 17 sold with an average price of $220,147 and 155 DOM. 2010 saw 12 Residential properties go into contract and 11 sell with an average price of $223,318 and 278 DOM. In 2009 9 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $222,167 and 171 DOM. 5 went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $373,167 and 120 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 8 went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $298,445 and 193 DOM. This week in 2006, 11 properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $384,636 and 137 DOM. In 2005, 12 sold with an average price of $301,992 and 82 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 12 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $301,167 and 115 DOM 38 houses are under $100,000 317 Homes priced under $300k (Up 12 from last week) 105 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 5 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 22 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 190,573.
