Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 06-16-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 21 Residential properties went into contract and 18 sold with an average price of $181,728 and 122 DOM. 2010 saw 16 Residential properties go into contract and 5 sell with an average price of $155,400 and 130 DOM. In 2009 5 went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $256,993 and 110 DOM. 9 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $517,000 and 88 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 7 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $317,600 and 158 DOM. This week in 2006, 5 properties went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $424,210 and 99 DOM. In 2005, 11 sold with an average price of $418,318 and 95 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 22 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $281,435 and 123 DOM 305 Homes priced under $300k (Up 2 from last week) 100 priced between $300 and $500k (Unchanged from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 21 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 182,076.
