In 2009 11 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $249,083 and 146 DOM. 7 went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $273,450 and 146 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 9 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $374,476 and 146 DOM. This week in 2006, 9 properties went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $431,990 and 73 DOM. In 2005, 11 sold with an average price of $320,355 and 151 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 19 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $336,659 and 141 DOM 303 Homes priced under $300k (Up 15 from last week) 100 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 5 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 23 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 208,374.
