Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 05-26-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 17 Residential properties went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $167,375 and 152 DOM. 2010 saw 8 Residential properties go into contract and 11 sell with an average price of $269,786 and 200 DOM. In 2009 5 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $338,833 and 238 DOM. 4 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $277,000 and 116 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 9 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $285,857 and 116 DOM. This week in 2006, 8 properties went into contract and 15 sold with an average price of $442,897 and 190 DOM. In 2005, 15 sold with an average price of $371,847and 82 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 18 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $360,224 and 127 DOM 287 Homes priced under $300k (Up 1 from last week) 98 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 7 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 18 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 198,402.
