Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 05-19-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 17 Residential properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $186,273 and 183 DOM. 2010 saw 13 Residential properties go into contract and 11 sell with an average price of $217,445 and 116 DOM. In 2009 7 went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $216,650 and 146 DOM. 5 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $300,138 and 97 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 9 went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $339,164 and 177 DOM. This week in 2006, 5 properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $442,809 and 78 DOM. In 2005, 19 sold with an average price of $364,192 and 81 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 13 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $273,135 and 104 DOM 286 Homes priced under $300k (Up 31 from last week) 91 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 18 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 222,133.
