Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 05-12-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 17 Residential properties went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $230,392 and 248 DOM. 2010 saw 12 Residential properties go into contract and 12 sell with an average price of $262,908 and 172 DOM. In 2009 5 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $269,500 and 147 DOM. 11 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $265,000 and 136 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 8 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $373,833 and 211 DOM. This week in 2006, 12 properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $383,483 and 145 DOM. In 2005, 11 sold with an average price of $301,409 and 99 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 13 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $301,631 and 107 DOM 255 Homes priced under $300k (Up 3 from last week) 90 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 19 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 219,232.
