Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 05-05-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 17 Residential properties went into contract and 14 sold with an average price of $219,246 and 138 DOM. 2010 saw 13 Residential properties go into contract and 9 sell with an average price of $229,157 and 150 DOM. In 2009 7 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $309,625 and 129 DOM. 6 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $242,600 and 133 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 10 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $397,571 and 181 DOM. This week in 2006, 10 properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $333,656 and 121 DOM. In 2005, 12 sold with an average price of $297,125 and 227 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 8 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $373,938 and 76 DOM 252 Homes priced under $300k (Up 11 from last week) 90 priced between $300 and $500k (Unchanged from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 21 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 241,752.
