Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 04-28-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 15 Residential properties went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $179,385 and 123 DOM. 2010 saw 19 Residential properties go into contract and 12 sell with an average price of $265,417 and 90 DOM. In 2009 9 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $190,000 and 101 DOM. 9 went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $313,500 and 147 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 5 went into contract and 14 sold with an average price of $485,779 and 118 DOM. This week in 2006, 6 properties went into contract and 14 sold with an average price of $370,529 and 157 DOM. In 2005, 19 sold with an average price of $411,711 and 137 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 21 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $287,946 and 120 DOM 241 Homes priced under $300k (Up 16 from last week) 90 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 8 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 20 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 235,263.
