Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 04-21-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 13 Residential properties went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $158,350 and 182 DOM. 2010 saw 10 Residential properties go into contract and 9 sell with an average price of $265,833 and 126 DOM. In 2009 12 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $227,483 and 225 DOM. 8 went into contract and 1 sold with an average price of $265,000 and 99 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 12 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $336,119 and 107 DOM. This week in 2006, 12 properties went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $314,643 and 137 DOM. In 2005, 16 sold with an average price of $359,795 and 129 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 13 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $277,962 and 117 DOM 225 Homes priced under $300k (Down 2 from last week) 82 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 25 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 234,826.
