In 2009 11 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $276,188 and 220 DOM. 8 went into contract and 2 sold with an average price of $305,000 and 148 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 9 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $415,786 and 185 DOM. This week in 2006, 7 properties went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $349,825 and 185 DOM. In 2005, 13 sold with an average price of $365,415 and 111 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 12 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $287,996 and 164 DOM 225 Homes priced under $300k (Down 2 from last week) 82 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 25 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 234,826.
