Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 03-31-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 19 Residential properties went into contract and 14 sold with an average price of $177,629 and 169 DOM. 2010 saw 11 Residential properties go into contract and 8 sell with an average price of $248,125 and 185 DOM. In 2009 4 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $199,271 and 164 DOM. 8 went into contract and 14 sold with an average price of $352,929 and 177 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 12 went into contract and 15 sold with an average price of $317,409 and 165 DOM. This week in 2006, 12 properties went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $342,990 and 123 DOM. In 2005, 16 sold with an average price of $338,250 and 133 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 21 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $280,276 and 159 DOM 221 Homes priced under $300k (Down 7 from last week) 84 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 25 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 206,486.
