Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 03-24-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 12 Residential properties went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $175,380 and 135 DOM. 2010 saw 17 Residential properties go into contract and 11 sell with an average price of $229,819 and 147 DOM. In 2009 6 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $201,100 and 146 DOM. 3 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $332,883 and 161 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 4 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $308,100 and 143 DOM. This week in 2006, 9 properties went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $339,250 and 129 DOM. In 2005, 16 sold with an average price of $377,441 and 90 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 8 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $237,125 and 134 DOM 228 Homes priced under $300k (Down 1 from last week) 83 priced between $300 and $500k (Unchanged from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 26 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 200,198.
