Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 03-17-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 14 Residential properties went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $242,377 and 166 DOM. 2010 saw 15 Residential properties go into contract and 12 sell with an average price of $210,792 and 139 DOM. In 2009 13 went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $227,188 and 211 DOM. 11 went into contract and 14 sold with an average price of $313,529 and 165 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 11 went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $322,770 and 159 DOM. This week in 2006, 7 properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $356,025 and 111 DOM. In 2005, 11 sold with an average price of $338,088 and 162 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 15 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $259,900 and 110 DOM 229 Homes priced under $300k (Up 1 from last week) 83 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 1 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 29 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 222,553.
