Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 03-10-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 12 Residential properties went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $164,550 and 139 DOM. 2010 saw 20 Residential properties go into contract and 9 sell with an average price of $188,556 and 187 DOM. In 2009 4 went into contract and 10 sold with an average price of $210,356 and 147 DOM. 6 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $304,333 and 126 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 6 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $378,833 and 105 DOM. This week in 2006, 15 properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $355,222 and 120 DOM. In 2005, 12 sold with an average price of $296,850 and 128 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 20 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $364,888 and 135 DOM 228 Homes priced under $300k (Up 6 from last week) 84 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 2 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 28 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 220,555.
