Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 03-03-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 17 Residential properties went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $236,429 and 236 DOM. 2010 saw 14 Residential properties go into contract and 10 sell with an average price of $235,142 and 187 DOM. In 2009 9 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $272,658 and 199 DOM. 13 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $280,167 and 133 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 8 went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $323,605 and 161 DOM. This week in 2006, 15 properties went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $437,192 and 105 DOM. In 2005, 10 sold with an average price of $321,265 and 145 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 11 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $265,000 and 137 DOM 220 Homes priced under $300k (Down 6 from last week) 86 priced between $300 and $500k (Down from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 28 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 220,413.
