In 2009 5 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $188,200 and 199 DOM. 8 went into contract and 2 sold with an average price of $289.000 and 339 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 4 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $338,500 and 78 DOM. This week in 2006, 14 properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $396,267 and 143 DOM. In 2005, 11 sold with an average price of $404,136 and 149 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 8 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $279,125 and 207 DOM 226 Homes priced under $300k (Down 10 from last week) 87 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 2 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 29 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 225,184.
