Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 02-17-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 14 Residential properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $201,086 and 178 DOM. 2010 saw 13 Residential properties go into contract and 6 sell with an average price of $248,667 and 171 DOM. In 2009 4 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $237,200 and 69 DOM. 11 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $461,750 and 143 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 13 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $298,667 and 145 DOM. This week in 2006, 9 properties went into contract and 8 sold with an average price of $372,688 and 209 DOM. In 2005, 9 sold with an average price of $367,330 and 157 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 9 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $239,778 and 142 DOM 236 Homes priced under $300k (Up 6 from last week) 85 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 8 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 26 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 223,263.
