Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 02-03-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 15 Residential properties went into contract and 13 sold with an average price of $171,846 and 170 DOM. 2010 saw 12 Residential properties go into contract and 4 sell with an average price of $310,000 and 137 DOM. In 2009 13 went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $331,889 and 212 DOM. 5 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $237,738 and 220 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 13 went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $385,750 and 153 DOM. This week in 2006, 9 properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of $386,167 and 182 DOM. In 2005, 11 sold with an average price of $348,882 and 122 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 12 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $273,625 and 129 DOM 230 Homes priced under $300k (Down 5 from last week) 82 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 27 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 206,502.
