Hopefully this will be of help to those of you who are trying to gain some sense of where our market is going. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Estate Weekly Update 01-27-2011 In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 16 Residential properties went into contract and 12 sold with an average price of $146,579 and 158 DOM. 2010 saw 20 Residential properties go into contract and 8 sell with an average price of $242,157 and 204 DOM. In 2009 6 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $350,286 and 96 DOM. 5 went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $375,851 and 162 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 6 went into contract and 3 sold with an average price of $293,333 and 67 DOM. This week in 2006, 14 properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $354,274 and 120 DOM. In 2005, 12 sold with an average price of $305, and 199 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 9 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $275,332 and 167 DOM 235 Homes priced under $300k (Down 10 from last week) 81 priced between $300 and $500k (Down 3 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 25 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 209,462.
