In 2009 6 went into contract and 1 sold with an average price of $303,000 and 42 DOM. 2 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $380,200 and 123 DOM in 2008. In the year 2007, 6 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $404,000 and 80 DOM. This week in 2006, 9 properties went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of $447,751 and 149 DOM. In 2005, 5 sold with an average price of $327,320 and 77 DOM Way, way back in 2004, 11 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $314,318 and 154 DOM 245 Homes priced under $300k (Up 8 from last week) 84 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 4 from last week) These figures exclude pending short sales There are currently 25 pending Short Sales with and average asking price of 208,858.
