Way, way back in 2004, 6 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $265,650 and 107 DOM In 2005, 9 sold with an average price of $319,261 and 171 DOM This week in 2006, 15 properties went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $572,019 and 154 DOM. In the year 2007, 16 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $350,200 and 137 DOM. 6 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price of $396,280 and 166 DOM in 2008. In 2009 3 went into contract and 2 sold with an average price of $243,000 and 150 DOM. 2010 saw 14 Residential properties go into contract and 2 sell with an average price of $187,500 and 175 DOM. In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 4 Residential properties went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of $223,983 and 346 DOM.
