Way, way back in 2004, 11 Residential properties sold this week with an average price of $304,445 and 137 DOM In 2005, 7 sold with an average price of $384,343 and 146 DOM This week in 2006, 4 properties went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $458,250 and 138 DOM. In the year 2007, 10 went into contract and 4 sold with an average price of $314,500 and 151 DOM. 6 went into contract and 3 sold with an average price of $279,833 and 251 DOM in 2008. In 2009 3 went into contract and 3 sold with an average price of $252,917 and 140 DOM. 2010 saw 10 Residential properties go into contract and 14 sell with an average price of $290,446 and 228 DOM. In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 11 Residential properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of $186,118 and 136 DOM.
