| Sonora Ca Real Estate Weekly Update 10/18/07 This week in 2006, 14 properties went into escrow and 19 sold. During the past 7 days 6 properties went into escrow and 6 sold. (That's a huge drop from last year!) and way back in 2005 8 properties went into escrow and 16 sold .............. 603residential properties are for sale from Pinecrest to Jamestown (down 1 for the week) ................ 143 properties priced under $300k (up1 from last week) 318 priced between $300 and $500k, (up 1 from last week) 20 Listings expired, 3 were withdrawn and 3 are TOM (Temporarily off the market). These figures have also eased over last week.......... The average price during the last year for a 3 BR 2BA 2 CAR home is $366,869 down from $366,992 last weeks Market Summary This week seem to belong to the Bears with the 2 year Low in same week sales volume.......
