| Sonora CA Real Estate Weekly Update 10/11/07 This week in 2006, 12 properties went into escrow and 7 sold . During the past 7 days 20 properties went into escrow and 14 sold. (That represents a near 100% increase over last year!) and way back in 2005 17 properties went into escrow and 10 sold .............. 604residential properties are for sale from Pinecrest to Jamestown (down 9 for the week) ................ 142 properties priced under $300k (same as last week) 317 priced between $300 and $500k, (down 7 from last week) 30 Listings expired, 10 were withdrawn and 3 are TOM (Temporarily off the market). The average price during the last year for a 3 BR 2BA 2 CAR home is $366,992 The big news this week seem to be the 2 year high in sales volume........
