| Sonora CA Real Estate Weekly Update for 11/01/07 This week in 2006, 10 properties went into escrow and 12 sold. During the past 7 days 11 properties went into escrow and 13 sold. (Escrows and solds are up slightly from this week last year) Back in 2005 15 properties went into escrow and 21 sold .............. 574 residential properties are for sale from Pinecrest to Jamestown (down 33 for the week) ................ 143 properties priced under $300k (down 4 from last week) 293 priced between $300 and $500k, (down 22 from last week) 22 Listings expired, 6 were withdrawn and 4 are TOM (Temporarily off the market). The number of expired listings seems to explain the drop. Time will tell whether the sellers are retreating or just pulling their homes off the market for the winter. The average price during the last year for a 3 BR 2BA 2 CAR home is $367,519 down from $368,101, in last weeks Market Summary This week, active homes for sale dropped below 600.......
