The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage fell to $261,617. Currently Sonora CA Real Estate* has an average market time of 171 days. If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory fell this week to 74 with median asking price of $399,000 and an average time of 157 days on the market.
